Welcome to the Maple Leaf Restaurant the Czech Schnitzel House. A little bit contradictory? Not for them. For more than 20 years the Maple Leaf has demonstrated excitement for everything Canadian. In 1988 they became Canadian citizens and started a new business with a properly fitting name. Their food philosophy is very simple: There is nothing better for you than a freshly cooked meal from scratch. Their open concept kitchen is a hub of action. They are always in the middle of constant chopping, cutting, pounding, grilling, stewing, baking, roasting, frying, steaming, poaching, or shortly put cooking. Needless to say, they love what they do. Their menu is greatly influenced by our Czech origins and culture and is also inspired by local food and produce, as well as flavourful cooking and healthy eating.
