The 1000 Islands Tower (formerly known as 1000 Islands Skydeck) is a unique tourist attraction located between the spans of the 1000 Islands International Bridge on Hill Islands, Ontario, Canada. From the top of the Tower, guests can enjoy a breathtaking view and see the 1000 Islands & St. Lawrence River. Running continuously, the elevator takes only 40 seconds to reach the first of three observation decks and provides visitors with a spectacular photographic opportunity as they enjoy the panoramic view of the 1000 Islands and St Lawrence River stretched out 130 meters or 400' below. The 1000 Islands Tower is an all-weather destination. The first deck is glass-enclosed and wheelchair-accessible. The Skydeck Cafe offers Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, home-baked Goodies as well as Ice Cream and Coffee Specialties. The Gift shop offers a wide range of Canadiana and Souvenirs like Maple Products, Clothing, Kids Toys Postcards & Stamps as well as Magnets and X-mas Ornaments. The Currency Exchange located in the Gift shop offers a fair exchange rate on US-Dollar and EUR. Opening mid-May 2022.
